Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from Native Landscape St Pete about your request — for example, confirming we received it, arranging a walkthrough, and appointment and service updates. The consent wording on the form reads:

• Message frequency varies with your request — usually a few messages per job.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that.
• Reply HELP for help, or call 727-594-9694.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of getting an estimate or buying any service.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business and only for that purpose — for example, the customer-management and messaging platform that receives our form submissions and delivers our emails and texts, our website host, and our accounting and payment tools. They are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or someone else's, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, as stated above.
