These terms apply to your use of nativelandscapestpete.com and to text messages and other communications from Native Landscape St Pete LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or opting in to our messages, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Estimates and work

• Estimates and walkthroughs are free and carry no obligation to book.
• Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer. Prices, scope and schedules are set only in a written proposal for your property, and work begins only once you've accepted it.
• The written proposal or agreement for your job governs that job. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement wins.
• Holiday lighting installs are scheduled in the order they're booked. Target dates, such as having lights up before Thanksgiving, are goals, not guarantees — weather and access can change them.

Text message program

Program. Native Landscape St Pete sends text messages about estimate requests and jobs: confirming a request, arranging walkthroughs, and appointment and service updates.

How you opt in. By checking the consent box on our estimate form, which reads:

• Frequency: varies with your request, usually a few messages per job.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.
• Help: reply HELP, call 727-594-9694, or email [email protected].
• Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your number. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website content and images

Information on this site is general. Plant, soil and climate guidance describes typical conditions in our area; your property may differ, and the walkthrough is where we give advice for your yard.

Photos labeled as our work show jobs we completed. Some other images on the site are illustrative and are not photographs of a specific project.

The text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to Native Landscape St Pete LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site — for example, by submitting false information, trying to break or overload it, or using the forms to send spam. We may ignore or delete submissions like that.

Disclaimers and limits
